Maryna Vroda's Stepne Enters Main Golden Leopard Competition at 76th Locarno Film Festival

Maryna Vroda's long-form dramatic feature Stepne was selected for the main Golden Leopard competition at the 76th Locarno International Film Festival, marking a significant milestone for Ukrainian fiction cinema at one of Europe's most prestigious competitive platforms.

Director and screenwriter Maryna Vroda developed the project with director of photography Denis Melnyk, completing the film with post-production support secured at Locarno the previous year.
