ICFR Establishes Emergency Relief Fund for Displaced Ukrainian Film Crew

The International Coalition for Filmmakers at Risk (ICFR) established a dedicated emergency relief fund in March 2022, offering direct financial grants to Ukrainian directors, technicians, and crew members displaced by the Russian invasion or serving in national defense.
