The premier of Ukrainian film “Gogol. The Lost Paradise” (directed by R. Plakhov-Modestov, produced by National Cinemateque of Ukraine) took place as a part of “Gogol week in UNESCO timed to two hundred writer’s anniversary in Paris, in April 1, 2009.
