The long-awaited feature drama ‘Atlantis’ by Valentyn Vasyanovych will launch in Ukrainian theaters tomorrow, November, 5th. The movie won the Best Picture award of Horizons section at Venice IFF last year but only reaches the theaters this fall. The story takes place in year 2025 after Ukraine wins back its territories from Russian occupation.
A new music video from Ukrainian band Boombox turns out to be poetry and visual masterpiece. The tightly packed symbolism of the video retells the contemporary drama of Ukraine and calls for many rewinds and replays. Directed by Stas Hurenko. Cinematography by Oleksandr Boyko.
