The Government of Ukraine has adopted the new entry visa regulations. From now on electronic visas would cost 20 USD for one-time entry and 30 USD for two-times. It means the visas became 4 times cheaper than before. Regular e-visa takes 3 work days and express e-visa could be issued in 1 day with double tariff. website: http://evisa.mfa.gov.ua/
