The Ukrainian Government Banned Distribution Of Films Dubbed Not In Ukraine

The Ukrainian Government interdicted to issue the distribution certificates to the films, which had not been dubbed in Ukraine.
This is stated in the government’s decree № 551 of June 21. Therefore, the Cabinet of Ministers amended the Regulations for the public certification for distribution and demonstration movies.
At the same time, a new edition of the Regulations authorises the distribution of films, that were not dubbed or voiced in the Ukrainian territory, but was produced in number of 10 copies at most.
The government enacted to give the distribution certificates, if copyright owners hand in a film print, which is dubbed into Ulrainian by economic operator that produces goods, works or provides services in the territory of Ukraine.
